Refund policy

Returns must be received within 15 days of the date you received your order.   

Only store credit will be issued for returns.  In the event that we have the item you are returning, we can do an exchange.  

You can either choose to pay for the return shipping yourself with your own label or if you choose for BelleAmour to provide the label, the return fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  This includes any items where a discount code was applied.  

Items MUST be returned in the original condition.  This means not worn or washed & original tags must be ATTACHED. 

YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL to belleamour.tx@gmail.com to start a return.  Items received without a return request will NOT be accepted.  

If you received a damaged item, please send an email with your name, order number & pictures of your items.
